Who is Mado?

That's me! I am a girl, a typical girl in a sort of atypical way. I like to think of myself as being observant...and curious, but not curious like boys are curious. I'm girl-curious and I like to post my observations here. Which will cause you to ask the next question...

What is this place?

Mado's World is a place that describes my world and the things that populate it. It changes over time, as my view expands. When it started, I thought the world was limited to the walls I could see (which are kinda warm and squishy when you're a fetus), but being born expanded my vision quite a bit. My world has been growing ever since.

Is Mado your real name?

Mado is a diminutive. Names are tags that I use to suit who I am at any given moment. Sometimes I'm simply known as Princess, other times I like to be called Laura (as in Laura Ingalls -- if you don't know who Laura Ingalls is, your mother wasn't a fan) and sometimes I like to be called "Here kitty kitty".

Do you really write this stuff?

Don't be silly! I can't actually type yet and I'm just learning how to spell. I have an assistant who takes care of the technical stuff, like translating my ideas and thoughts into bits you can read. I assume that you have a handler who will read this stuff to you...otherwise it's going to be really hard for me to reach my target audience.
